Transportation Department aims to join other agencies in transparent government initiative.
The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) has launched an website for tracking and commenting on the Department’s Open Government Plan called for under President Obama’s Open Government Initiative. The agency has released a draft outline of its plan and is soliciting public input through an interactive platform developed by IdeaScale.
