Cecil Thomas
Ohio State Senator Cecil Thomas (D-Cincinnati) represents Ohio’s Ninth Senate district. Senator Thomas also served as Ranking Member of the Senate Criminal Justice Committee and State and Local Committee for the 131st General Assembly. Before serving as Ohio State Senator, Senator Thomas worked for the Cincinnati Police Department as a police officer for 27 years. Senator Thomas is also a lifetime member of the Fraternal Order of Police and the Sentinel Police Association.
