Fern A. Fisher was the Administrative Judge of the Civil Court of the State of New York. She is a visiting professor at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law where she is also Special Assistant for Social Justice Initiatives to the Dean. Prior to that she worked at Harlem Legal Services and the New York Department of Law.
