Brnovich and Its Implications

Joshua S. Sellers joined the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 2017. Before joining the faculty, he was an associate professor at the University of Oklahoma College of Law, and a Postdoctoral Fellow in Law and Politics at Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs. Before entering teaching, he was a law clerk to Judge Rosemary Barkett of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and a litigation associate at Jenner & Block LLP in Washington, DC. His principal areas of research and teaching are election law, legislation and regulation, constitutional law, and civil procedure.
