Nick Malyshev currently heads the OECD Regulatory Policy Division. Nick has extensive expertise in regulatory policy – he contributed to the development of the OECD Recommendation on Regulatory Policy and Governance as well as to work on risk and regulation. Prior to joining the OECD, Nick worked as a financial analyst and as a securities trader. He holds degrees in economics from Duke University and Colorado College.
