Steven J. Balla

Steven J. Balla is Associate Professor of Political Science, Public Policy and Public Administration, and International Affairs at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He is the author (along with William T. Gormley, Jr.) of Bureaucracy and Democracy: Accountability and Performance, and has served as a Fulbright Scholar at the Peking University School of Government in Beijing.
