Shoba Sivaprasad Wadhia

Shoba Sivaprasad Wadhia is the Samuel Weiss Faculty Scholar and the director of the Center for Immigrants’ Rights Clinic at Pennsylvania State University School of Law, University Park. An expert on immigration law, she focuses her research on the role of prosecutorial discretion in immigration enforcement and the intersections of race, national security and immigration.
